Attendence
Attendance is compulsory for all students. Please notify the school by either logging into your Compass portal and submitting an attendance note, phone or email, if your child is going to be absent.
Please note that all instances of vacation that occur inside school terms, are classified as unauthorised absences. The school policy is to not provide work for students to complete during their family holidays.
Canteen
We are proud to partner with Eaton Community College, who provide lunch orders Monday to Friday.
Orders can be placed online through Compass and must be submitted by 8.30am each day.

Please note that this service is for lunch orders only – recess is not included in the canteen service.
OSHClub
OSHClub provides the highest quality before and after school care, pupil free day care and holiday programs for primary and kindergarten aged children.
OSHClub operates onsite at Glen Huon PS before and after school during school term.
Uniform
GHPS has a wonderful school uniform that is well supported by our parent community and worn with pride by our students. Uniforms can be purchased at Uniform Concepts Bunbury.
Uniform Concepts Bunbury opening times:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9am – 5pm
- Saturday: 9am – 12pm
In 2026, our new school logo will be introduced on the uniform. The change will take place progressively, so students may continue to wear their current uniform items as usual. The new logo will be included as existing stock is sold and replaced. Please be aware that items featuring the updated logo may not be available to purchase straight away. Families are not expected to buy new uniforms immediately – current uniforms remain perfectly acceptable. Both versions will be worn proudly as we move forward together.
